Our staff can work around services to have your event ready to go when the service is over. What's the best time to have a church event? The quick answer is anytime! The highest volume of church events is during Fall and Spring. However, many groups book around Holidays and Church special dates (the start of a new church year, Purim, vacation bible school, etc.). Inflatables and games are a great way to get the kids involved and the whole family to attend.
When should we book the equipment? Try to book your equipment as soon as you can. The sooner you book the greater the equipment selection. In general, you'll have the best selection of equipment if you book well in advance of your event. Don't worry if you're not ready to book until closer to your event. We'll still be able to put together a great package for you.
Do you do late night events. Absolutely! We do dozens of late night events including New Year's Eve events, lock ins, teen events, and many more. Late nights are not a problem.
